ONE IMAGE, TWO TECHNIQUES

An image from your event theme may be made using royal icing or an edible image.

​What is the best way to store confections?
Because cookies are made without preservatives, they are best the day they are received, when they are at their freshest.  

Cookies are best stored covered away from direct sunlight at room temperature (approximately 75-78 degrees). Exposure to air and refrigeration will dry out the confections.

Rolled sugar cookies are best during the first week. They are good the second week. If these cookies will not be eaten in the first week, you may freeze them. Keep the cookies in their original bag, wrap in foil, and then place them in a freezer bag. When ready to eat, remove from freezer and freezer bag and foil (keeping cookies in original packaging) and let them come to room temperature.

Fondant, edible images and colors are also vulnerable to storage methods. Light, especially sunlight will cause discoloration and fading. Condensation from refrigeration may cause colors to bleed and fondant to soften and lose shape.  Sealed, airtight storage may cause decor to pull moisture from confections, affecting shape and color.

​​Typically cookies are priced between $4.50 and $6.00 each. 

Cookies are packaged with the utmost care, while not likely, it is possible for breakage to could occur. Once the cookies leave my hands, cookies are not guaranteed against breakage; no refund will be given as this is an edible product.  Breakage is unfortunate, but will not affect how delicious the cookies are.

EDIBLE IMAGES

Digital images are printed on a special frosting paper with edible ink then applied to an iced cookie. Logo cookies are a unique marketing strategy for your company to standout. A great way to show your client appreciation or handout to potential clients at a corporate event. Photograph cookies are a fantastic way to celebrate someone or something, like a life retrospective or special trip.

Simple details, 3-5 icing colors/consistencies, no hand cutting of dough. One dozen of detailed cookies on average is $51.

COOKIES

ROLLED SUGAR COOKIES

Made from quality ingredients, these soft buttery vanilla cookies are rolled to about 8 mm (5/16") in height and decorated using vanilla royal icing.  Cookies are decorated one at a time and customizable for your specific occasion. Cookies are heat sealed in individual cellophane bags.  ​       

​Minimum cookie order of 1 dozen.

​​Rolled Sugar Cookie prices are determined by size, amount of colors and design complexity. Prices increase as designs become more complex, have more colors, require more skill, and are more time-consuming.  The more time involved, the more costly the cookies will be. It may take a few days to a couple weeks to research, design, prepare, bake, making (and coloring) icing, drying and packaging.  Cookies sizes are small, medium and large. Cookie designs are classified as basic, detailed and intricate.  Please refer to the chart to give you a general idea of starting prices.

BASIC DESIGN

Minimal piping, 1-2 icing colors/consistencies, no hand cutting of dough. One dozen of basic cookies on average is $45.

​Rolled Sugar Cookies make for great gifts, an excellent addition to a dessert table and are wonderful as favors.  A bouquet of flowers are beautiful to look at, but why not give a gift of cookies?  Just as beautiful to look at and to smell, but cookies are further enjoyable because they are edible.  In lieu of your guest leaving with a of a bag of candies, thank your guests with a personalized cookie.
