Thank you for visiting my website.  Brandi's Little Bakery is a home-based bakery permitted as a Cottage Food Operation by the California Department of Public Health PR0067395.  Brandi's Little Bakery does not have a storefront, confections are made in a home kitchen.  Confections are not premade and ready for purchase.  All cookies, cake pops and cupcakes are baked fresh and customized for each client.  Tastings are not available. Fortunately, since only classic flavors are offered, tastings are not necessary. My recipes are tried and true for the best flavor, texture and moisture.

Not only am I a one-person confectioner, but I also have a full time job.  Being that I am limited on the amount of time to work on orders, the more notice you can provide, the better.  Since my schedule fills quickly, please contact me early to check my availability. 2 months, 4 months, 8 months before your event, it's not too soon.  Order requests made with less than THREE weeks notice of event cannot be accommodated.  ​

As a Cottage Food Operation I am not permitted to ship confections, all orders are to be completed in person.  Cookies, cupcakes and cake pops are locally delivered in the Coachella Valley.  Delivery fees vary depending upon distance from the bakery.​

I make decorated sugar cookies, cake pops and cupcakes.  I do not make cakes, pies or other types of confections.  

At this time, I do not have any recipes specializing in dietary restrictions.  All cookies, cupcakes and cake pops are made from scratch in the same kitchen, sharing equipment, which allows for the potential of cross-contamination. Because equipment comes in contact with products containing gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy, the confections are not allergy or vegan safe.  A list of ingredients will be provided with each order.
